I am Dr. Sahar Sabet, Genetic Specialist, Clinical Hypnotherapist & Anxiety Specialist.

I work with clients across the UK, Europe and worldwide Online from anywhere, anytime to fit their busy schedule. Online Hypnotherapy is equally effective as face to face.

With a diverse educational background spanning from a PhD in Genetics & Cancer research to Master’s & Bachelor's in Psychology and Biology, I've come to understand the profound impact of the mind on our lives, our biology and behavior.
Throughout my career, I've worn many hats – from a specialist in the laboratory to a manager in the industry and a Clinical Hypnotherapist / Psychotherapist, I've had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ages, and professions.

My approach is simple yet profound. I believe that everyone deserves the chance to live their best life, free from the constraints of limiting beliefs, negative patterns or chronic pain and illnesses. That's why I've dedicated myself to making therapy accessible and effective for all, offering fast & lasting results at a price that's attainable for everyone.

I trained with The Clifton Practice (CPHT), a recognised Centre of Excellence for Hypnotherapy in the UK, and hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), which is considered to be the Gold Standard in Hypnotherapy Training.

I am registered with the AfSFH and NCH (Acc). I am fully insured and DBS checked.
