Hi, I'm Andy a qualified hypnotherapist and registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH). I have years of experience helping individuals achieve their personal goals and improve their well-being. My passion for hypnotherapy began many years ago when I discovered the powerful and transformative effects it can have on the mind and body. I currently provide hypnotherapy service online.

As an alcohol therapist and hypnotherapist I specialise in treating a diverse range of clients with alcohol related challenges. I work with them to help understand the nature and severity of their drinking problem, the impact it has on their lives and the lives of others, and the steps they need to take to overcome it.

My expertise extends to individuals from diverse fields, ensuring that anyone, regardless of profession, receives tailored support and guidance. including healthcare, law, business, technology, finance, education, creative industries (such as media, art, and entertainment), engineering, public services and more.

Alcohol therapy and hypnotherapy also teaches coping skills to help clients deal with stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges in a healthy and productive way, and help them build healthy habits and positive behavior. It provides support and guidance as clients work to overcome their alcohol use disorder and maintain their long-term goals.
