Triple certified coach (ICF), qualified therapist (PGDip), psychologist (MSc in Psychology, Mental Health and Wellbring) and multi 7-figure entrepreneur who works with women in their 40s and 50s.

I am a triple certified trauma informed coach (ACC, ELI MP, Core.Dynamics), an ICF ACC coach, a qualified therapist (PGDip, AMACCPH, GQHP, FHT) and have an MSc in psychology, mental health and wellbeing (Distinction). I have various other qualifications and awards including a 1st class honours from Oxford University.
