I work online so you don't have to travel to feel better. I specialise in supporting you through the loss of your pet/ animal companions, including anticipatory loss. I include the use of hypnotherapy and CBT techniques where these will be valuable.
I can work to help you overcome phobias such a driving anxiety or fear of creepy crawlies, spiders and more!
Having experienced how life changing menopause can be in so many areas of day to day living I also have an interest in supporting you through hypnotherapy with tools to manage your symptoms.
