Overview

I’m Helen, a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist who runs both online and face to face sessions to help clients achieve their goals through the power of hypnosis.

Unlike traditional therapy, solution focused hypnotherapy is a powerful, forward-thinking approach that enables you to take control and achieve meaningful change, concentrating only on your preferred future whilst working with the subconscious mind.

Having firsthand experience initially as a client myself and benefitting from the amazing and positive longstanding effects it has had on my own life, I want others to feel that same sense of reward and achievement too.

I address issues such as stress, anxiety, low mood, lack of motivation, fears and phobias, unhelpful habits, performance anxieties, and much more.

I hold a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (DSFH), am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and am enhanced DBS checked.

Conveniently located at junction 36 off the M1, on the borders of Barnsley, Sheffield and Rotherham allows easy access to these areas and beyond.
