Hello. I'm Sam, a solution focused clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist based in Sherburn in Elmet.

My solution focused approach means our sessions are very positive and focus on the future, taking small steps to achieve bigger goals.

Appointments can be in person in my home-based therapy room in Sherburn in Elmet, or online.

I work with both adults and children. I'm DBS checked and have training in safeguarding and children's mental health, as well as over 20 years experience of working with this age group.
