We focus on the here and now and the future using hypnotherapy techniques to guide you in making gradual, purposeful changes toward your envisioned goals and a more satisfying future.

Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy from the prestigious Clifton Practice, which underscores my commitment to the highest standards of practice and ongoing professional development.

I have extensive experience working in the mental wellbeing field over several years. I am also a qualified Counsellor and member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
