My name is Matthew Exell - Dip CHyp, NLP master practitioner and HPD. This means I'm a qualified hypnotherapist, a master practitioner of NLP and a life coach.

I can help with stopping smoking, weight loss and weight control, addictions, phobias, fears, depression, anxiety, stress and much more

My approach to therapy is modern and contemporary. There is no swinging of a watch and there will be no telling you that you "feel sleepy". I will not and do not take control of you. You will be fully aware of the process and you will always be fully in control at all times.

My role and my goal is to assist you and guide you in gaining better control of your life and to have better control over your own mind so that you're able to be the best you that you can be.
