I specialise in supporting people living with pain who are feeling stressed, stuck and overwhelmed. Using a combination of Hypnotherapy and Soft Tissue Therapy we are able to create a calmer, safer environment so the nervous system can settle and the experience of pain can soften. Over time, many clients find they can reduce stress, regain a sense of control and improve their physical and emotional wellbeing. Leading to a more independent and calmer life, getting back to the things they enjoy.
