With over 30 years of experience working in the NHS, I bring a compassionate and professional approach to helping people make meaningful, lasting changes. As a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I support clients in moving forward with confidence, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern, evidence-based approach that combines practical techniques from Solution Focused Brief Therapy with the calming and empowering effects of hypnosis.
