I practice SFH and QHHT:

Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) is a modern, safe and effective treatment combining
psychotherapy and deep relaxation trance, that can bring about positive lasting changes in your life.
SFH is highly effective in reducing anxiety by developing and maintaining mental clarity and emotional control.
It can be particularly helpful for people with neurodiverse conditions such as Autism or ADHD,
plus SFH can be effective in treating children from 8 years old.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a specific technique pioneered by Dolores Cannon.
By utilising a particularly deep level of trance, clients can contact their Higher Self for guidance and healing.
This is a profound experience that can deliver assurance of one's purpose in life as well as clarification on any fundamental questions you may have.
For clients 16years old and above.

SFH sessions are provided in person or online nationally and worldwide,
QHHT has to be delivered in person.

The Murmuration Therapy Rooms, Hove.

Home visits are also available by special arrangement.
