Overview

Thank you so much for visiting my profile, I am a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and work both online and in my therapy room in Upminster.

I worked in corporate Retail leading a Digital Marketing team for 15 years but always felt like helping people was my true calling in life. I know what it is like to experience anxiety and having seen a Cognitive Hypnotherapist myself whilst experiencing burnout, I know first-hand how effective the therapy is. Having had such a life changing experience, I undertook the course so I could provide a similar experience for my clients.

I am deeply committed to understanding people and unearthing what is holding them back from reaching their full potential and helping people find peace of mind.

I help people to overcome any limiting beliefs, which might be causing a range of issues such as anxiety, phobias, or addiction.

I specialise in supporting people with low self esteem and confidence.
