Helping Women Feel Aligned in Body, Mind and Wellbeing

Many women come to me feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves, particularly during perimenopause and menopause. On the outside, life may look fine, yet inside there is often anxiety, emotional overwhelm, weight struggles, or a quiet sense of losing confidence and identity.

I support women to feel lighter in body, calmer in mind, and more at ease within themselves by addressing what sits beneath the surface. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, my work explores the subconscious patterns, emotional experiences, and beliefs formed through past events that continue to influence how we think, feel, and respond today.

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Talk Therapist, Counsellor, and Certified HypnoMenopause Practitioner. I specialise in supporting women with menopause related challenges, anxiety, emotional eating, confidence, and overall wellbeing using a deeply holistic, trauma informed, and compassionate approach.

During perimenopause and menopause, hormonal changes can amplify the impact of unresolved emotional experiences and significant life events, including early life or childhood influences, even when they are not consciously remembered. The body and nervous system may still be responding to these root level imprints, often showing up as heightened anxiety, emotional overwhelm, sleep disruption, weight changes, or a loss of emotional balance. By addressing these root causes alongside mindset, lifestyle, and menopause support, women are able to experience greater emotional stability, resilience, and a more settled nervous system.

I am also the founder of the Aligned Body Collective,https://pages.zoejphoenix.com/the-aligned-body-collective-page where hypnotherapy and mindset work are integrated with emotional healing, menopause support, and lifestyle change. I offer both one to one sessions and structured programmes, including membership options, supporting sustainable weight loss, emotional eating, nutrition guidance, and fitness and movement planning.

This approach supports lasting transformation rather than short term fixes.

Alongside this work, I specialise in deep subconscious and root level therapeutic work, supporting clients to identify and release limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, and unconscious programmes formed through past experiences and significant life events. By gently addressing what sits beneath the surface, clients are supported to create meaningful, long term change and reconnect with a sense of calm, confidence, and self trust.

I offer HypnoMenopause sessions designed to support emotional balance, confidence, and calm during perimenopause and menopause. Together we work to reduce overwhelm, ease anxiety, and help you reconnect with your body and sense of self during this important life transition.

Weight and Wellbeing
If weight loss feels like a constant battle, we explore the emotional and subconscious reasons the body may be holding on. By releasing emotional eating patterns, self sabotage, and old beliefs, we create a healthier and more peaceful relationship with food and your body.

Anxiety and Emotional Overwhelm
Hormonal changes, life pressures, and past experiences can all contribute to anxiety. Through hypnotherapy and subconscious reprogramming, I support clients to calm the nervous system, quieten the mind, and feel grounded, safe, and in control again.

Emotional Healing and Mindset
We gently work through guilt, fear, past hurt, and self doubt to build emotional resilience, confidence, and inner peace, allowing you to move forward without being held back by old patterns.

Stress and Sleep
Whether stress is affecting mood, energy, or sleep, I help clients release tension, restore calm, and improve their ability to switch off and rest.

My work combines clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, counselling, and coaching, tailored to each individual. Sessions are compassionate, supportive, and focused on creating real, lasting change at a subconscious level.
