I am a fully qualified HPD (NCH) and insured hypnotherapist and Neuro-linguistic practitioner and am registered and have professional membership with the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and am a member and the Angelo European College of Therapeutic Hypnosis.

I am also a Mindset Coach & Menopause Practitoner

I am a qualified Hypnomenopause therapist

I am on a mission to help women to empower themselves by stepping outside their comfort zone, find their true self’s and identity, and to ditch playing the supporting role in life, and instead stand tall as the leading lady in your own life by rewriting your story.

I also guide women to step out from the shadows and to stop suffering in silence with menopause; and instead realise the power to embrace a new season of their lives to thrive, feel alive & start a rebirth of a whole new you.

As well as using Hypnotherapy, I also use other modalities that complement the treatment (client dependant)
