Hello, I'm a fully qualified advanced clinical hypnotherapist, EMDR practitioner and therapeutic counsellor with many years experience of helping and empowering individuals. I'm passionate about supporting people to unlock their potential, to overcome challenges and bring balance to their life, and to create lasting positive change. Whatever concerns or issues you are struggling with, I offer personalised sessions to address your unique needs.
