Overview

I am a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist with a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and a Hypnotherapy in Practise Diploma (HPD). I see myself as a guide for my clients, a guide towards the future self that remains to be revealed and discovered.

I specialise in men's mental health having faced personal issues with depression and isolation for a number of years, however I work with adults from a wide spectrum of backgrounds and gender. I come from a place of understanding and I never judge, we work together as equals to uncover the potential that lies within you.

Whatever your issue may be, solution focused hypnotherapy can always help to elevate your mental and physical wellbeing and clarity.

My sessions are predominantly carried out online but arrangements can be made for in person sessions.
