I offer both online and in-person therapy, but I particularly love working face-to-face, as I find the personal connection and interaction can enhance the experience. My approach is solution-focused, concentrating on your strengths, resources, and the positive outcomes you want to achieve. Rather than dwelling on problems, I help you shift your focus to what’s working, reinforcing positive patterns, and guiding you toward practical solutions.

By reducing the impact of challenges and alleviating the symptoms that may be holding you back, hypnotherapy can empower you to move forward with confidence, clarity, and a renewed sense of control. I am dedicated to helping you create meaningful and lasting change-because you are stronger than you think!

I also work closely with a local charity to support ladies who are going through cancer treatment, offering gentle one-to-one relaxation sessions designed to provide a moment of calm and comfort during an understandably challenging time. Being able to offer even a small bit of support feels really meaningful, and I’m always inspired by the strength these ladies show as they move through such a difficult time.
