Many of my clients are professionals and small business owners who are used to being "the strong one" - running on empty, feeling exhausted and emotionally shut down. Not knowing what they need but knowing that they want something to change.

I offer therapy for those who don't do therapy. We don't relive the past, dwell on negative emotions or focus on problems. My belief is that the least that people should expect from a therapy session is to leave feeling more positive than when they arrived.
