Hi there and thank you for viewing my listing. After receiving therapy myself while I was struggling with grief and trauma, I realised I could feel good about life again with the support of my therapist. This inspired me to have the drive to help others and I love it.

You can feel really good about life again. My ultimate goal is to empower others to get control and start loving your life and the person you are again. Whether that be to relieve yourself from the deep sadness of grief and trauma like me or to stop those habits that are hard to break.

You can make peace with your past and start to move forward where joy lives. You can also have a better relationship with food or kick those addictions for good with the right support. Hypnotherapy and psychotherapy is great for so many life limiting issues and I can explain why during your consultation so you can leave with the tools to use in everyday life.

As a solution focused hypnotherapist, the aim is support you in your goals in a positive way so you should leave after every session feeling really good about the progress you've made and excited for what's next on your journey and I'm looking forward to cheering you on as you reach your goals.
