Overview

I specialise in Regressive Therapy and Solution Focused Group Therapy, helping clients to heal deeply rooted traumas, unexplained fears and phobias, as well as past life influences.

People usually come to work with me when they tried different forms of therapy, but they still lack something in life. That something could be confidence, relationship, meaning, deeper understanding of self, all of which form foundations of fulfilment and joy.

I offer a handful of pro bono sessions for those on low income and in hardship.
