Hello! Thank you so much for stopping by. I'm Olga, a friendly Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD).

Your safety and trust are very important to me, so I carry comprehensive insurance and have an enhanced DBS certificate. I’m also a proud member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).

I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, sleep problems, IBS, panic attacks, low confidence, low self-esteem, anger, and PTSD and many more. I also support expectant mothers through calm pregnancy and childbirth. Additionally, I work with children, helping them find ways to feel better and more confident.
