Overview

Hi I’m Nat. I’m a Southampton based Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, offering online therapy.

I utilise various evidence-based therapies to treat a range of issues such as anxiety, panic attacks, stress, overwhelm, depression, phobias, trauma and chronic pain.

I have a particular interest in treating the effects of trauma. I also specialise in hypnobirthing and working with clients throughout the perinatal period.

I absolutely LOVE my job. I fully invest in every client that I work with and get such a buzz from seeing the positive changes in them. I’m an open and easy-going person, when you’re working with me, it’s a totally judgement free zone!
