Overview

I am a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, Executive Coach, and Mental Health First Aid Instructor, dedicated to helping people overcome stress, anxiety, low mood, depression, and phobias. I also specialise in enhancing confidence and performance through tailored coaching.
My journey into helping others began with a degree in Psychology, and since then I have built extensive experience in leadership roles across Housing, Education, and Human Resources. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals and teams to achieve their goals, develop resilience, and perform at their best.
For the past six years, I have partnered with the NHS, providing executive coaching, 360 feedback, team and leadership development, and co-created innovative wellbeing tools. Combining my clinical expertise with coaching experience, I help clients access their strengths, overcome challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change in their personal and professional lives.
