I’m Maria, a Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, here to support you on your path to wellbeing.

I work online via Zoom and also from Safe Healing Centre, Brook Parade, Chigwell, Essex, IG7 6PE, so wherever you are, we can connect.

Both online and in person sessions provide the same results. The Safe Healing Centre offers a calm, warm and welcoming therapeutic space, where you can receive face to face sessions in a dedicated community setting, or if you live further away, you just need a reliable wifi connection and a quiet, comfy spot to relax for an hour.

Emphasis in each session is on building solutions rather than dwelling on problems. Thats right, you don't even have to talk about the issue in solution focused hypnotherapy, unlike other methods of talking therapy. By focusing on your strengths and resources we confidently work on moving towards achieving your desired goals and outcomes.

About Me
I trained as a Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist with the Clifton Practice (CPHT), one of the UK’s leading hypnotherapy training schools. I gained the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) considered the gold standard in hypnotherapy training. 

By achieving these qualifications, I am authorised to hold current registration and accredited membership of the following associations:

Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH)
National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH)
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

I also hold a valid Enhanced DBS check and can work with clients from the age of 8 and vulnerable adults. I am also fully insured as a licensed hypnotherapy practitioner.
