Overview
I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with a passion for helping people create real, lasting change in their lives. I specialise in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy—a powerful, forward-looking approach that’s all about helping you move confidently towards the life you want.
With a BA (Hons) in Social Work, and further studies in Psychology, Business, and Counselling, I bring a broad perspective and a deep understanding of the human experience. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked in many client-facing roles, supporting individuals living with physical and neurological challenges, as well as those navigating recovery from alcohol and substance dependencies.
What truly drives me is seeing people reconnect with their inner strength, shift their mindset, and rediscover what’s possible for them. It’s a privilege to be part of that journey—helping you tap into your potential, build resilience, and create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy is a unique and effective therapy that combines psychotherapy with hypnosis. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can be so beneficial, because it combines powerful solution-focused discussions, followed by encouraging a relaxing trance state so that the ideas and solutions discussed can then be explored and utilised by the brain for positive benefit.
We work together to focus on your goals and the positive changes you want to make, rather than dwelling on past problems. Using guided relaxation, we tap into your mind’s natural ability to create lasting transformation. My approach is practical, structured, and evidence-based, designed to help you achieve meaningful results in a short amount of time. Unlike other forms of hypnotherapy, Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy follows a clear, structured approach that blends elements of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) with an understanding of how the brain works, all while using the calming state of trance. What sets Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy apart is that it doesn’t require delving into a person’s past. Instead, the focus is on helping you define your goals, create a positive vision for the future, and develop practical plans to move forward. This forward-thinking approach is designed to empower you to make meaningful changes without getting caught up in past experiences.
When we work together, I’ll support you in building your confidence and self-esteem. Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy is also great for helping with stress, low mood, anxiety (including panic attacks), and for managing physical issues like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or reoccurring headaches/migraines. I can also help you overcome specific phobias such as fear of spiders, water, flying, or public speaking, minimising painful memories or past traumatic experiences, allowing you to move forward with greater ease and confidence.
Sessions
My Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy sessions typically last around 1 hour, at a cost of £80 per session and currently they are online or in person upon request. This gives you the perfect amount of time to fully relax and experience a sense of calm. During our sessions, we’ll focus entirely on your future goals rather than dwelling on the past, so you don’t need to worry about reliving any difficult memories. My priority is to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you feel safe, comfortable, and completely at ease.
