Hello, my name is Helen, and I’m a fully qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist in Falmouth, Cornwall.

Life can feel heavy when you’re trying to hold everything together, work, family, responsibilities, it’s easy to put yourself last and lose sight of your own needs.



I support busy women who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted to gently find their way back to calm, confidence and balance.



In a safe and nurturing space, I’ll help you ease the noise in your mind, set healthy boundaries and create more space for yourself again. You deserve to feel grounded, in control and at peace.

I offer sessions in person from my calming garden therapy room, as well as online, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
