Overview

UKCP Accredited Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with 15 years of experience. I also supervise other therapists and am a lecturer in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy skills for the National College of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
I work with clients on a number of issues: Anxiety, Phobia's, Confidence, Habit breaking and other emotional and childhood issues. I am approachable and provide a warm collaborative environment from which the client can make the change they need to achieve.

I am also an EMDR trauma therapist.
