Hello and welcome!

As a therapist, I provide a comfortable and safe environment in which we can work together in my office in central London.

Combining Cognitive Hypnotherapy and IEMT we can achieve real and lasting change at a pace that feels right to you.

I don't believe there is a 'one size fits all' when it comes to therapy and my approach to our work together will put you at the centre. I've experienced change myself from this kind of therapy so I know first hand how impactful it can be but also how daunting starting or changing therapy can be. This is why I offer a free 15 min phone consultation for new clients so I can get to know what it is you would like to bring change to and you can learn a little about how I work and decide if I'm someone you'd like to work with.
