I'm a Cognitive Hypnotherapist based in the Cambridge area. I’m fully qualified and insured and registered with the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH).

I use a variety of hypnotherapy and NLP techniques in my approach. I also taught yoga for nearly 10 years so can also introduce elements of yoga, where helpful.
