If you are experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, limiting beliefs, lack of confidence in your life, then I will be able to help you.
Guiding clients to a safer, more comfortable place is what I am trained to do as a QCH Therapist.
Anxiety does not need to be in your life – whether it’s connected to work, school or some other area – we can work together at your pace to make life what you want it to be.
I am a primary school teacher with 20 years of experience in the field. I have always enjoyed the helping, supporting, and guiding aspects of teaching the most.
This is why I have always wanted to be a therapist and am now a fully qualified QCH Therapist.
I work across many areas and treat many different conditions. I prepare an individual tailored therapeutic plan for each client based on who they are as a person. Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a solution-based talking therapy. That is, we discuss your problem but focus on your solution.
