Hi, I’m Lylie

I work with people who, on the outside, look like they’ve got it all together, the good job, the steady life, the ticked boxes, but on the inside, something still feels “off.” They’ve spent their lives trying to fit into boxes that never quite fit, and now they’re ready to find out who they really are beneath all the expectations.

I know what that feels like. My life looked fine from the outside too, but inside I was exhausted, disconnected and constantly questioning myself. It wasn’t until I started uncovering the unconscious patterns and stories running my life that things truly began to change, and that’s what I help others do now.

Through Cognitive Hypnotherapy, I help you release the old labels and beliefs keeping you stuck, build self-trust and confidence, and reconnect with your true self so you can live life on your own terms.

At the heart of my work is identity. Helping you answer the question, “Who am I, really?”

Because you’re not broken, and you don’t need fixing. You just need to remember who you are beneath the noise.
