Overview
While my main focus is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, I blend in talking therapy and psychotherapy as needed. Once you’re introduced to hypnotherapy, there may be times when you’re taught and provided with personalised MP3 recordings for self-hypnosis at home. Some sessions emphasise guided discussion and practical strategies, with the hypnotherapy element completed by you between sessions. This flexible approach, grounded in neuroscience and lived experience, helps you clear mental noise, build confidence, and find lasting calm, both in and between sessions
