Hi, I'm Lissy.

For years, friends and colleagues have naturally come to me for advice and support — and I always found purpose in listening, understanding, and helping. After facing my own life challenges, I realised just how vital mental health is — and how powerful hypnotherapy can be.

During my 13 years as a Primary School Teacher, I witnessed children and parents struggling with their mental health, often let down by a system that couldn’t give them the support they deserved. That stayed with me.

So I retrained in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy with the gold standard Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training, gaining a Diploma in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy as well as the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma. I am fully insured and have an enhanced DBS certificate.

When I sit with a client, I’m not just listening — I’m thinking “I get it.” I’ve been there. And I want to help others find calm, clarity, and confidence again.
