I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and my therapy is based on the most recent evidence from neuroscience. It is future focused so there's no need to revisit painful memories or past problems.

I specialise in relief from anxiety, depression, stress, sleep problems and phobias. My hypnotherapy combines psychotherapy and hypnosis, including some of the best aspects of neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
