Overview

I am an integrative clinical hypnotherapist, dedicated to helping people, and have a wide range of skills, strategies and knowledge to empower and support you to make positive lasting change to improve your mental and physical health. We are all unique so I use a tailored client centred approach using my skills in Ericksonian Therapy, Analytical Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness.

I have been a holistic therapist for 30years and understand the challenges people face in our busy modern world. Our mind is our most powerful tool and through a compassionate and tailored approach we will work together to navigate you through life's challenges to gain control, achieve your goals and change your life.

I work with adults and children from 7yrs from my dedicated therapy room in Lanark. Home visits available within local area.

Hypnotherapy is a mind body medicine for transformational life long change and can be used to treat a wide range of conditions including;

anxiety, phobias and fears, stress, panic attacks, depression, lack of confidence and motivation, social anxiety, IBS, sleep issues, low self esteem, addictions and habit breaking, pain management, weight management, Parkinson's symptoms, blushing, fears (e.g. heights, dentist, flying), relaxation, bereavement, hot flushes, low self esteem, Public Speaking, stop smoking/vaping, exam nerves, nail biting, performance (sport, work, stage, music) and much more.

Paediatric issues age 7 - 16 yrs including;
anxiety, selective eating, bed wetting, bullying, separation anxiety, low self esteem, low mood, lack of confidence, toileting issues, nail biting, learning and exam stress, tics and habits and more.

Qualifications -
HPD - Hypnotherapy Practitioner's Diploma
Dip (CAH) - Diploma in Clinical and Advanced Hypnotherapy
Specialist training in working with children and families
Member of the PVG scheme.
PNLP - Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming

Diploma of the College of Radiographers
Qualifications in numerous holistic therapies
