Overview

In my practice, I focus on using a blend of scientific evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapies, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), together with analytic techniques such as Mindfulness and Regression Therapy to explore and resolve underlying psychological issues stored in the subconscious mind.

My sessions are designed to create a safe, therapeutic space where clients can explore and resolve issues ranging from anxiety, stress, and phobias to deeper emotional challenges like addiction, depression, and grief.
