Overview

I have worked therapeutically with people at points of crisis, change or need for over 30 years. Hypnotherapy is a nurturing form of dialogue and engagement that reaches to the heart of things and addresses the client's desired change, from unwanted habits to challenging life issues.
I work with all ages, from children to older adults and love to see how clients, whatever their need, respond to the way hypnotherapy supports the changes they want.
