Overview

As a solution focused clinical hypnotherapist, I help people overcome their emotional and physical challenges using a combination of talking therapy and hypnosis to help them refocus and regain control of their emotions and their lives. I work extensively with stress-related conditions, including anxiety and have an interest in Women's health; I am an accredited Mindful Menopause practitioner.
In addition to my private practice, I lead on a Mental Health project for a local charity, am a Trauma-informed practitioner and a qualified Coach.
