I specialise in short-term or brief therapy. This means that on average you are likely to need between three and six sessions, depending on how complex the issue is.

There are different hypnotherapy techniques and approaches for solving a problem, so it's best not to presume that every hypnotherapist works in the same way. With over 25 years experience I am happy to discuss with you how I can help.
