Practicing from Letchworth, Herts. I combine clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and CBP to create a bespoke therapy plan made with your goals and challenges in mind.

I usually recommend an average of 3-6 sessions combining elements of Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and CBP. This may increase depending on your individual circumstances, so a specific number is difficult to quote.

Each session will be approximately 60 minutes, at a rate of £80 per session. I offer a no obligation, free of charge half hour initial consultation where we can discuss the challenges you are facing and the goals you would like to work towards.
