Overview

I am a clinical hypnotherapist using advanced hypnosis alongside NLP & CBT techniques. I see clients for a wide range of issues including: stress, anxiety, weight management, smoking cessation, phobia’s, pain management, grief, illness, sports performance and mild depression amongst many others.

I am also the founder of the Bath Hypnobirthing Centre ( www.bathhbc.co.uk) and the Hypnofertility Centre (website coming soon) and am also part of the Bath Fertility, Pregnancy & Parenting team based at The Practice Rooms.

I take a client centred approach to therapy, simply put, I don't assume that what works for one person will work just as well for another. I work in a goal oriented manner which means that I work closely with the client to understand what their desired outcome of therapy is and I tailor my therapy accordingly. I use my skills and techniques in a positive and friendly manner and the comfort and well being of my clients is always my priority.
