Overview
Take advantage of the FREE initial consultation for all issues (except stop smoking). If you decide to proceed each hypnotherapy session lasts for 1 hour. Help for weight control, anxiety, stress, self confidence, public speaking and more. The stop smoking session lasts for 90 minutes.
I also provide Supervision for NCH members which can be in person, via telephone or any of the internet video facilities such as Oovoo, Skype etc
