Overview

As a highly experienced Psychotherapist, Energy Worker and Hypnotherapist with a lifelong interest in helping people reach their full physical, emotional and spiritual potential, I feel very confident that I can help most people with whatever issue they are currently wanting to deal with. I am qualified and experienced in Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Client Centred Counselling. Although I work with a very diverse range of issues I have a special interest in Spirituality and the Awakening process, helping people who are on the spiritual path to stay grounded and helping young adults navigate their way in today's highly stressful world.
