Overview

In addition to being a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, I am a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a senior accredited member of the National Council of Psychotherapists. I work with people across the full age range, with various professions, and with varying presenting issues (including depression and anxiety). I also have a specialist interest in working with (i) Children, adolescents, and older students with particular regard to school and college/university related issues - including test/examination anxieties (I have a full/enhanced CRB check); and (ii) Teachers (and other professionals) with particular regard to stress and anxiety. Special rates are available to teachers/lecturers and allied professionals during school/college holidays.
In addition specific programmes are available to address such issues as:- assertiveness; anxiety management; managing depression; grief; motivation; panic; self esteem; and sleep/insomnia. Please contact me to discuss your requirements
