Overview

Hi, my name is Alison Bruce, I am a Fully Qualified, Insured and Experienced (practicing since 2010) Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner, (Neuro Linguistic Programming). Also qualified to practice EMI+ (Eye Movement Integration), Inner Child Therapy, Weight Loss Management, Gastric Band Hypnotherapy, Depression &/or Stress and Anxiety Management.

I specialise primarily in anxiety / stress / panic attacks. I also have extensive experience with weight management / stop smoking / IBS / addictions, obsessive habits, plus many other issues where I work with clients to help rebuild their confidence and achieve a positive and lasting change in their lives.

Based in Falkirk, I am 5mins from the town center and just minutes from Falkirk High or Falkirk Grahmston Railway Stations, as well as easy access from the M9 and M876, plus regular bus routes, which means I'm within easy travelling distance of Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
