Marilyn Jones has clinics in St Austell & Truro , Cornwall.
and is a fully qualified/accredited hypnotherapist and Stress Management consultant and has worked as a full time practitioner in Devon and Cornwall since 1991.
Having originally trained in Analytical Therapy and then completed training in Advanced Hypnotherapy as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. She has also trained in the use of NLP, EFT (emotional freedom techniques) and EMDR (useful for post trauma work).together with Life Coaching & Mindfulness Techniques.
Marilyn can assist with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, fears and phobias (such as medical and dental fears, driving test nerves), exam and interview nerves, public speaking (i.e. presentations and talks), negative thinking and emotional/relationship issues, habits including smoking, thumb sucking, nail-biting, relaxing in pregnancy and childbirth, and weight issues.
Marilyn has a number of corporate clients and supports both Management & Front Line Staff.
