Overview

I have gained experience over many years whilst working in specialist centres supporting adults and young people with difficulties such as depression, anxiety, stress, addiction/compulsive patterns, eating disorders and body image. I also work with people who live with long term chronic illnesses such as HIV and cancer and/or chronic pain. This breadth of experience means that, as well as being open and non judgmental, I am familiar with a broad range of issues.
