Overview

I have extensive experience, having worked in social care related settings for nearly 30 years.
I am registered with the Health Care Professional Council. I am also registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register.
Practicing as a hypnotherapist I pull together my broad range of practice skills and experience, to support and empower people to feel safe, self sufficient, resilient, confident and able to reach their full potential.
I am able to work with people experiencing a variety of issues including stress, anxiety, sleep problems, IBS, phobias, weight loss,smoking, living with chronic pain.
In addition I am able to offer hypno coaching for those people who want to improve and achieve their true potential e.g. in sports or exams.
I have a strong ethical base, and I have a sound knowledge of good practice. I am committed to taking a person centered and enabling approach to my work , using a range of therapeutic techniques in helping people to resolve their issues.
