Overview

I am a qualified Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and I have over 30 years’ experience of working therapeutically with children, young people and families in a local authority setting. My practice is based on many years of understanding the difficulties we can face when pressures get on top of us and when we get trapped in unhelpful cycles which reinforce negative behaviours and thought patterns. From both my personal and my professional knowledge, I am passionate in my belief that with the appropriate support it is possible to create significant positive change in the areas of our lives that are most important to us, within relatively short timescales.

I work from a practice room within my own home which is in a calm and secluded location between Keynsham and Queen Charlton; only 15 minutes from Bristol and Bath and accessible by car with ample free private parking.
