Do get in touch - it would be a real pleasure to talk with you and find out how I could best help you. I am a fully qualified solution-focused hypnotherapist, specialising in effective help with stress, sleep, panic attacks, confidence and phobias. I practice out of a friendly, relaxed setting in Bishopston, Bristol and am passionate about helping my clients live the full, happy lives all of us deserve.
As a working Mum with a background in high performance business, I am fully aware of the stresses life can bring to us all at every stage of life. I specialise in helping clients with anxiety related conditions, including disturbed sleep patterns, panic attacks, low self-confidence, overwhelm, work-related stress, phobia of public speaking and exam nerves, as well as depression and working with children.
Solution-focused hypnotherapy combines clinically proven techniques and a scientific understanding of how the brain works with the relaxed state of trance to help people make significant positive changes within relatively short periods of time.
I focus on the changes that the client wants to make in their life, rather than the problems which prompted them to seek help.
When appropriate, I combine hypnotherapy with coaching skills and techniques, which is particularly powerful for individuals seeking to resolve work-related challenges, or to take their business to its next level.
I am very pleased to say that a large proportion of my clients come to my practice as a result of referrals from satisfied clients.

“Since seeing Amy my life has changed, everything seems so much clearer and lighter. I never knew I had so much control over my mood and how I reacted to situations, I genuinely feel like a different person. Something that would have made me a stressed and anxious mess two months ago, now excites me and I look forward to the challenge. It's the best thing I've ever done!!” Financial Analyst
