Overview

I am a Registered General Nurse and a Mental Health Nurse and have worked within the NHS for over 27 years before choosing to work now as a hypnotherapist. I have a particular interest in emotional, physical and sexual abuse which all have an impact on a persons , self-esteem, confidence and self- worth. This can lead to anxiety, panic attacks and behaviours that aren't desirable. I can help client's become aware of how they can make positive change in their lives.
